Labor Day in California
- December 11, 2019
Labor Day is around the corner and whether you’re planning to travel or spend the day around town, you’ll want to have the Zigi travel stroller on hand. Mima Kids USA has put together a must-do list of great places to take your kids for that day.
With the county fair being open for 20 days, there is so much you can experience. There is the imagination factory. If you or your child ever wanted to know what it feels like to talk like pirates or become a princess for a day, the imagination factory is the place you want to be. There are also parades that hand out colorful beads and there is also the big red barn. Here you can learn about farm life and make your rope and hang out with Copper the horse and all her other barn friends.
Escape the hustle and bustle of the big city and take a drive down to Santa Barbara for Labor Day weekend. Once you get there you can head over to the Labor Day BBQ in the park or head on over to the harvest farm and pick out fresh fruit and vegetables. After all these fun activities, take a 2-hour sunset cruise ride. If you’re lucky you might be able to see dolphins swim near the boat or even whales.
As California’s 1st theme park, there are many fun activities for everyone. Stop by Mrs. Knott’s legendary fried chicken dinner restaurant for some famous fried chicken. You can also join the boysenberry festival. Join in on the wine tasting or join the pie-eating contest. Wherever you go you will have a blast. Don’t miss out on Camp Snoopy Theatre. Join Snoopy and his friends including Charlie Brown, Lucy, and Linus.
Enjoy the weekend with your family. And if you don’t have a Zigi travel stroller for your little one (newborn up to 37.5 lbs), find a retailer in your area.
